100 sqm penthouse apartment, quiet and with a breathtaking view of the lake and the town,
located in the historic center in the ztl area, where you can find small and characteristic restaurants,
a few steps from the Castle and the Center, where there are many shops to satisfy the needs of guests,
also a 5 minute walk from the train station and the bus stop.
The apartment is located in Scaletta di Pescino, 9 (not traceable with Maps).
The space:
It consists of an entrance hall, large living room with built-in kitchenette and a large bathroom with shower,
from all the windows you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the town.

Bracciano, Lazio, Italy
The apartment is located in the historic center among delightful characteristic and quiet alleys,
in which there are also small restaurants and pubs, a few steps from the Castle and the center.
Check-in is by appointment between 15:00 and 20:00
After 20:00 an additional cost of € 20 will be applied
After 24:00 an additional cost of € 30 will be applied
The guest must always communicate in advance the arrival time at the facility.
Check out is scheduled by 10:00 unless otherwise agreed with the management.
Payment for the stay is expected at the facility at the time of check in.
To guarantee a reservation, a deposit of approximately 30% of the total is required.
